Binder

Water-reducible binder Solta-107K is used in glossy inks production for gravure and flexographic printing.

To obtain Ink viscosity equal to 22-25 s (Vs-4), blend in 10-12 lt of water into 100 kg of the binder.

Inks based on Solta-107K binder stand abrasion test on vinyl by 2% soap solution minimum 100 stages.
