Lightening binder Solta-102 is used in printing inks production for gravure and flexographic printing on paper wallcoverings.

Application guideline

Dilute binder Solta-102 with alcohol-water mixture in ratio of 1:1 (4 parts water to 1part  ethanol). Then blend the binder with coloured inks or coloured masterbatch Solta 400 series. 

Ink viscosity is equal to 15-16 s, flowmeter type Vs-4.

No process failures on stream, good print quality.
